The traditional way to find someone is with the phone book. These days you can use BT's online phone directory, but they can either contain numbers which aren't in the book or can contain fewer numbers that are in the book.

This is the method I am using:-

1.
Get the phone book which covers the area your enemy is in.

2.
Find all the address for the surname of your target.

3.
Familiarise yourself to the area where your target lives (to find hiding places and quick escape routes, just in case.

4.
Use a beige box to tap into the suspects house phone and just sit and wait until you get a clue that the target lives there.
